Club Avanti One Million Members Campaign – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Period This prize draw (the "Promotion") operates from 06:00 on 8 September 2026 until 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
  2. Eligibility and Entry
    • The Promotion is open to individuals aged 16 years or over who are residents in the United Kingdom.
    • To enter, participants must join or already be a Club Avanti member and then book a ticket to travel on an Avanti West Coast service.
    • Your first booking earns one scratch-to-win reward and one prize draw entry. Every booking after that earns one additional prize draw entry only (no further scratch-to-win rewards).
    • Avanti West Coast reserves the right to verify eligibility and require proof of age and identity.
    • To be entered into the prize draw, receive a Scratch-to-Win prize and, if you're lucky enough, win in the draw, you need to be opted in for email marketing communications so rewards which are considering marketing can be sent.

  3. Prize Allocation - Scratch to win after first booking
    • Everyone who completes their first booking receives a reward via the digital scratch to win, with the specific reward allocated at random.
    • Only one prize per person will be awarded.
    • Post first booking, email will be sent with details on how to claim your prize via the digital scratch to win to find out your reward.
    • Rewards will be sent via email within 2 days of revealing your prize on the digital scratch to win.
  4. Prize Allocation - Prize Draw
    • Bookings need to be made on the Avanti West Coast website or app during the promotional period to count as an entry into the prize draw.
    • Only bookings on Avanti West Coast services will qualify for entry into the prize draw.
    • Prizes include:
      • Free First-Class travel for a year on Avanti West Coast services only. Subject to any changes to the operation of Avanti West Coast services.
      • Visit Manchester - 2 x VIP tickets to a show of the winner's choice at the Co-Op Live - subject to availability, 2 x tickets for a stadium tour at the Etihad Stadium, A B&B stay for two at The Medlock hotel and First Class travel to Manchester Piccadilly on Avanti West Coast only.

      • Barnton Bunker - Tickets must be redeemed in full, subject to availability, by 27 December 2026. As the tour involves navigating steep steps and an uneven underground terrain, it is not suitable for wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility. Tours take place underground, so warm clothing is advised. Sturdy, flat, non-slip footwear is also recommended. Any additional spend will be at the discretion and expense of the prize winners.   5. Prizes and Specific Redemption Rules
    Prizes are awarded via random draw. The following prizes are available, subject to stock availability and the rules below (which incorporate Club Avanti programme terms where applicable; full programme T&Cs available at https://www.avantiwestcoast.co.uk/tickets-and-savings/club-avanti:
    • Free Hot Drink: A voucher for one complimentary hot drink, redeemable in the onboard shop on any Avanti West Coast service. Must be presented to onboard staff at the time of redemption. Valid for one use only.
    • 10% Off Next Return Trip: A discount code for 10% off the price of one Advance return ticket booking in any class. Applicable to bookings made via the Avanti West Coast website or app for travel on any Avanti West Coast service.
    • 20% Off Next Return Trip: A discount code for 20% off the price of one Advance return ticket booking in any class (extended benefit for this Promotion). Applicable to bookings made via the Avanti West Coast website or app for travel on any Avanti West Coast service.
    • Free One-Time First Class Lounge Pass: A single-use pass granting access to the First Class Lounge at London Euston. Must be presented at lounge entry with a valid ticket for travel that day. Subject to lounge capacity and standard lounge access rules. Lounge can be accessed up to two hours before departure.
    • Free Standard Premium Return Trip: A voucher for one free Standard Premium return Advance ticket. Must be booked at least seven days in advance of travel via the Avanti West Coast website or app, using the provided code. Applicable to eligible routes. Subject to availability.
    • Free First Class Return Trip: A voucher for one free First Class return Advance ticket. Must be booked at least seven days in advance of travel via the Avanti West Coast website or app, using the provided code. Applicable to eligible routes. Subject to availability.
    • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Avanti West Coast reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  6. Prize Validity
    All scratch to win prizes must be redeemed by 23:59 on 31 October 2027. Any unused prizes will expire automatically and cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded. Certain prizes (e.g., tickets) are subject to additional travel validity rules as per Club Avanti terms. (e.g., free journeys must be booked at least 7 days in advance and on advanced fares only)
  7. Data Protection and Privacy
    Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for administering the Promotion and issuing prizes, in accordance with Avanti West Coast's Privacy Policy.
  8. General Conditions
    • Avanti West Coast reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. technical failures or changes in law).
    • Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any entries deemed fraudulent or in breach will be void.
    • Avanti West Coast accepts no liability for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes, or for any indirect losses arising from participation.
    • This Promotion is administered solely by Avanti West Coast. Third-party prize suppliers named in these Terms & Conditions are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion.
    • These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
